In the event of contradictions between legal documents, the stipulations will have priority in the order:

  1. Third Party Terms and conditions, Third Party Specific Service Description or Third Party Service Level Agreement
  2. Deviations from the General Terms and Conditions and/or to the Service-Specific Conditions as stipulated in a separate document, signed by both parties
  3. Supplementary stipulations to the General Terms and Conditions (Appendix B) and/or to the Service-Specific Conditions (Appendix C) as specified in the appendices of the signed Master Service Agreement (MSA)
  4. The Service-Specific Conditions for the services used as building blocks to deliver above-mentioned services as stipulated in the document entitled ‘Service-specific Description & Conditions’ (UK)
  5. The Terms and Conditions related to Master Service Agreements as stipulated in the document entitled ‘Terms and Conditions related to Master Service Agreements’ (UK)
  6. General Terms and Conditions (UK) – Algemene Voorwaarden (NL)
